Packo's Antipasto Skewers

These bite-sized beauties bring all the bold flavors of your favorite antipasto platter—on a stick! Perfect for holiday gatherings, game day snacking, or just when you want a no-fuss appetizer that looks fancy but takes minutes to make.
4 Tony Packo’s Hot Dogs, cooked and sliced into bite-sized pieces
1 roasted red pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
16 green or black olives (or a mix!)
Cubes of mozzarella or provolone cheese
Garlic Vinaigrette (for drizzling or marinating)
Small wooden skewers or toothpicks
Thread a slice of hot dog, a cube of cheese, a piece of roasted red pepper, and an olive onto each skewer.
Arrange skewers on a platter and drizzle generously with Garlic Vinaigrette.
Chill for 30 minutes so the flavors can marinate and soak in that garlicky goodness.
Plate them up and watch them disappear!
