Chili Cheese Dog Grilled Cheese

This isn’t your average grilled cheese. It’s a melty, buttery upgrade packed with smoky hot dog slices and Tony Packo’s signature sauce. Quick to make and seriously satisfying, it’s comfort food with a bold twist.

2 tablespoons butter
1 Tony Packo’s Hot Dog, cut into four thin slices lengthwise and grilled
2 slices of bread
2 slices of American, Cheddar, or Jack cheese
1/4 cup prepared Tony Packo’s Hot Dog Sauce

Butter one side of each bread slice. Put grilled hot dogs, cheese, and hot dog sauce between the slices (butter sides out).

Cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden. Flip and cook the other side until golden, and the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
