Fried Pickle Dip

A dip that packs a real punch! Creamy, tangy, and full of pucker power, it’s the kind of snack that disappears faster than you can say “pass the chips.”
1 cup chopped Tony Packo’s Pickle of choice
8 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 T Packo's pickle juice
1/4 cup seasoned panko
1 ½ tsps chopped fresh fill
Wavy Potato Chips
Stir together ¾ cup chopped pickles, cream cheese, sour cream, and pickle juice until smooth and combined. Chill, covered, for 3 hours. Bring to room temperature before serving and sprinkle with remaining chopped pickles, panko, and dill. Serve with chips.
