Hot Dog Pretzel Bombs with Beer Cheese

Give Tony Packo’s Hot Dogs a delicious twist! Wrapped in golden pretzel-style dough and served with warm beer cheese, these bite-sized snacks are easy to make and even easier to enjoy.

1 tube refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough
1 package Tony Packo’s Hot Dogs, quartered
¼ cup baking soda
2 cups warm water
1 egg, beaten
Coarse salt
Beer cheese dip

Heat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the dough into small pieces.

Flatten each piece, wrap it around the hot dog, and pinch the seams closed.

Dissolve the baking soda in the warm water.

Dip each wrapped hot dog in the mixture for 15–30 seconds, then place it on the baking sheet.

Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with salt.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve warm with beer cheese dip.
