Hungarian Cucumber & Pickle Salad

This Cucumber Pickle & Pepper Salad combines crisp cucumbers, tangy Packo’s Thin Sliced Pickles & Peppers, and fresh dill for a flavor-packed twist on a summer classic. 2 large cucumbers, very thinly sliced
1 cup Packo’s Thin Sliced Pickles & Peppers
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp pickle brine
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
Fresh cracked black pepper
½ cup sour cream (optional)
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Sweet Hungarian paprika for garnish

Salt the cucumbers and let them sit for 20–30 minutes. Drain excess liquid.

Toss with pickles, onions, vinegar, sugar, and pepper.

Fold in sour cream if desired.

Chill for at least 30 minutes.

Dust with chopped dill and paprika before serving and enjoy!
