Jalapeno Popper Pastry Puffs

Creamy, cheesy, and packed with a little kick, these Jalapeño Popper Pastry Puffs are a flaky, golden twist on a classic favorite.
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons finely chopped Tony Packo’s Sweet Hot Jalapeños
1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 package frozen puff pastry (2 sheets), thawed
1 large egg, lightly beaten
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheets with parchment.
Mix cream cheese, jalapeños, and cheddar in a bowl.
Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares. Add filling, leaving a small border.
Brush edges with egg, then fold into triangles and seal.
Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
