Kenai Dip

2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Tony Packo's Sweet Hot Jalapeños, chopped, plus more for topping
1 1/2 teaspoons chipotle hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
8 ounces sharp yellow cheddar cheese, grated
Chips and/or pretzels, for serving

Combine the mayonnaise, pickled jalapeños, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a medium bowl. Fold in the grated cheddar until fully incorporated.

Transfer the dip to a serving dish and top with more chopped pickled jalapeños. Serve with chips and/or pretzels.
