Marinated Cheese and Sausage

Big Packo’s flavor in every festive bite! Mix, marinate, and serve up this easy crowd favorite, perfect for parties, potlucks, and pickle lovers alike.

8 oz Havarti cheese, cubed
4 Tony Packo’s Hot Dogs, cooked and sliced
1 Cup Tony Packo’s Pickles of choice
1 Cup olives (green or black, halved)
1 Cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
Garlic vinaigrette dressing (to taste)

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour Garlic Vinaigrette over the mix and toss until evenly coated.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors mingle. Serve chilled in a bowl or skewer the pieces for easy party bites!
