Packo's Pickle Coleslaw

A creamy, crunchy side with just the right kick. This easy coleslaw is perfect alongside hot dogs, burgers, BBQ, or straight from the bowl.
1 (14 oz.) bag coleslaw mix
¾ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp celery seed
Salt and black pepper, to taste
¾ cup Tony Packo's Pickles & Peppers of Choice, finely chopped
2 tbsp pickle juice from the jar
Chopped fresh dill (optional)
In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, celery seed, pickle juice, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the chopped Tony Packo's Pickles & Peppers.
Add the coleslaw mix and toss until evenly coated.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors come together. Top with fresh dill and serve chilled with your favorite Packo's hot dogs, burgers, pulled pork, or grilled chicken.
Packo's Tip: For even more pickle flavor, add an extra splash of pickle juice just before serving for a bright, tangy finish.
