Pickle de Gallo

A fresh & tangy twist on salsa. Made with crunchy cucumbers, our famous pickles, and Sweet Hot Jalapeños, with a splash of pickle brine for that extra kick! 

1 cup diced cucumber
1 cup diced Tony Packo's Pickles of choice
1/2 cup diced onion (red or sweet)
1 cup diced red pepper
1 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 t salt
1 T chopped dill
1/2 cup pickle brine
1/4 cup diced Tony Packo's Sweet Hot Jalapenos

Toss together your cucumbers, pickles, onions, bell peppers, garlic, hot peppers (if using), and salt.

Drizzle the pickle brine over the mixture and toss again. Cover tightly and refrigerate for an hour before serving to allow the flavors a chance to mingle and blend. Enjoy!
