12 ounces pasta
1 cup Tony Packo’s Pickle of choice, chopped
2 tablespoons pickle juice from the jar
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup red onion, diced
1 cup celery, chopped
¾ cup sour cream
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh dill, for garnish

Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain, rinse under cold water, and allow to cool completely.

In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, and pickle juice until smooth.

Place the cooled pasta, chopped pickles, cheddar cheese, red onion, and celery in a large bowl.

Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors come together.

Before serving, garnish with fresh dill, then watch it disappear!
