Pierogi, Sausage, Hungarian Peppers & Onion Skewers

A combo that’s smoky, zesty, and downright delicious! Perfect for game day, backyard hangs, or anytime you want an appetizer that packs serious personality, these little guys will fly off the plate.
Mini pierogies
Tony Packo’s Hot Dogs, sliced into 1-inch pieces
Tony Packo’s Hungarian Banana Peppers cut into ½ inch rings
Grilled onions, cut into bite-sized pieces
Olive oil
Wooden skewers
Cook the pierogies and Packo’s Hot Dogs according to package directions. Set aside.
Grill the onions in a lightly oiled pan until slightly softened and charred.
Thread one pierogi, one hot dog slice, one banana pepper ring, and one piece of grilled onion onto a skewer. Repeat. Arrange on a platter and watch them disappear!
