Mac and Cheese Dogs

4 Tony Packo’s Hot Dogs
4 hot dog buns
2 cups cooked macaroni
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese blend)
½ cup milk
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional toppings: chopped green onions, crispy bacon bits, or hot sauce

Cook the hot dogs how you prefer - grill, boil, or pan-fry.

Make the mac & cheese: In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

Stir in the cooked macaroni, milk, and shredded cheese until creamy and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Toast the buns lightly on the grill or in a skillet, if desired.

Assemble the hot dogs: Place each Packo’s Hot Dog in a bun, then generously spoon the creamy mac & cheese on top.

Add optional toppings like green onions, bacon bits, or a drizzle of hot sauce for extra flavor.
